Where the extrodinary is common

"Memorial to Flight 93"

(2013 Faulkner) A wonderful daylily sometimes changing from red tones to purple tones, always with a diamond eye, 5" flower. The plant habit will thrill those who like taller, well branched plants. 40" or more when well watered, at least 5 way branching, 25 buds.
The name was chosen because in full clump strength this daylily reminds me of the blue angels when they perform their 5-plane starburst a tribute to the very brave people on flight 93.
Fertile both ways. ---$125 SF (very limited)
